Have been to Al-faisals on about 10 occassions over the past 2 years, some as a couple, other times with a family of 5, another few occassions as a group of 16, and more recently took a business client. My experience has been different depandent on the time of the day you visit or the numbers in the group.
As a couple - it is good, other times you feel that you are rushed especially in the evenings.
Food is good, with the decor being fantastic. Soft Drinks are horrendously expensive - BEWARE. You can not have a jug of water, you must buy the overpriced bottle of H2O.
Waiters are poliete, whilst the owner wanders in and out and tends to greet certain type of people whilst ignoring others - we didn't like that.
Overall I would say very good food but let down by the prices of drinks and limited choice.
Parking available across the road is good but I prefer if it was secure.
